The Hatha Yoga class includes elements of several yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa/Flow & Sivananda yoga.
We practice Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Back Bends, Inversions, Twists, Bandha's, Breathing & Meditation. Every class ends with a relaxation period. All levels.

This class is a mix of Hatha Yoga and Meditation.
The first half of the class includes yoga poses followed by a meditation session in the second half. Hatha Yoga is a perfect way to prepare the body for meditation. This class is for those who like the physical approach of Hatha Yoga and have a desire to learn to meditate. A perfect way to start the day! All levels.
Meditation is another form of Yoga- also called Raja Yoga- the highest form of yoga. During Meditation the focus is put on the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. Moments of stillness are interwoven with breathing exercises and visualizations. All levels.
